Duties: - Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts - Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients - Perform financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations - Conduct research on complex accounting and tax issues - Assist clients with budgeting and financial forecasting - Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger accounting - Prepare balance sheet reconciliations - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes - Provide financial services to clients, including investment advice and retirement planning Qualifications: - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations - Experience with private equity accounting preferred - Proficiency in Quickbooks - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If you meet the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
