Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add an experiences Billing Lead to our dynamic team of Service experts!
The Big Task
You will lead a team of Billing Clerks to successfully audit and process daily customer billing.
In an nutshell- the Billing Lead will be responsible for:
Producing accurate residential and commercial customer billings
Posting customer payments- creating and exporting daily billing batches
Tracking technician sales and reporting for bonus/commission payouts
Be a positive team player- eager to learn and grow in our rapidly growing industry.

Requirements:
IF you got what it takes, we want to meet with you!
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Billing and/or accounting experience required- Bonus points for Service Industry experience
Know your way around a computer- Microsoft Office Suite, Service Titan
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications
Ability to contribute to and help cultivate a
Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 10lbs occasionally
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Bend, stoop, and carry
Repeating motion that may include wrists, hands, and fingers
