Draw Bar - $70 (Kingman)

I have a Draw Bar I thought I could put on my 2008 Dakota.
Silly me, it has a plastic bumper.
My last Dakota, a 2001, must have had a steel bumpier because I had a draw bar put on it.
The draw bar is brand new still in the box Fedex delivered.
I would like to get $70, but make me an offer.
Make sure you have a steel bumper.
