Answering a high-volume of incoming calls Schedule and Coordinate Meetings Clerical Tasks Sorting and Distributing Mail File and Maintain Records Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary Support Tax processing Client Invoicing and payments THIS JOB IS FOR: Someone who has… 2 or more years in Office Management Proficiency with Office applications Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms Digital Marketing Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
Self-Motivated and Goal Driven.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Work Well in a Team Environment.
