The ideal candidate must have extensive General Motors parts knowledge and proven leadership experience.

The Parts Manager will manage the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department.

This position requires an experienced professional with complete operational understanding of a current and advanced parts department operation including; Parts and Accessory Inventory Management; Wholesale Parts Channel Development and Superior Customer Relations Skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum three years as a Parts Manager in a dealership (GM preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals.
• Possess outstanding communication skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Forecast parts requirements, Analyze and Project Sales
• Attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving ability, ability to learn quickly.
• Fluency in General Motors RIM and inventory control procedures, warranty procedures and all GM manufacturer requirements.
• Willing and capable of working with and coaching all employees
• Have a fundamental understanding of the latest automotive technologies
