Findlay Motor Company (Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC) is looking for an experienced Parts Manager.
The ideal candidate must have extensive General Motors parts knowledge and proven leadership experience.
Candidates must present a proven record of successfully delivering on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction.
The Parts Manager will manage the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department.
This position offers excellent income potential.

This position requires an experienced professional with complete operational understanding of a current and advanced parts department operation including; Parts and Accessory Inventory Management; Wholesale Parts Channel Development and Superior Customer Relations Skills.
The ideal candidate will also possess very strong leadership and coaching skills.
He/She will exemplify great teammanship with the Sales and Service Departments.
He/she will operate the department at maximum efficiency, controlling expenses, building customer loyalty, nurturing team member enthusiasm, setting and achieving financial objectives and maintaining adequate records.

Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of Findlay Motor Company management team.
REQUIRED SKILLS • Minimum three years as a Parts Manager in a dealership (GM preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals.
• Possess outstanding communication skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Forecast parts requirements, Analyze and Project Sales • Attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving ability, ability to learn quickly.
• Fluency in General Motors RIM and inventory control procedures, warranty procedures and all GM manufacturer requirements.
• Willing and capable of working with and coaching all employees • Have a fundamental understanding of the latest automotive technologies PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS • CDK/ADP DMS • Experience setting up and running new processes
