Under the direction of the Hospitality and Retail Director, the Resorts Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall success of the hotel operations, including concept management, customer service, and employee training.
*The Hotel Manager is required to:* * Manage and oversee all daily operations in the hotel department; * Handles complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances and conflicts; * Ensures reports are properly completed, variances noted and follow up conducted; * Writing and implementing Training and SOP’s; * Oversee and enforce compliance of all company policies and procedures; * Provides leadership to staff, including coaching for improvement; * Monitors customer service.
*Job Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:* * At least two years of management experience preferably at a hotel resort property; * At least 21 years of age and must have knowledge and comply with all state and federal laws and regulations as it pertains to the hotel industry; * Obtain and maintain required regulatory licenses or certifications; * Capable of multi-tasking, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Effective interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers and employees in a professional manner; * Exceptional problem solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; * Able to comfortably stand for extended periods of time with constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing; * Able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

*Required Job Task Details:* * Ensure all areas that are overseen comply with SNHD regulations and standards; * Maintain efficiency of operations and protect company assets by monitoring for loss, waste, and damage; * Complete Inventory count and procedures and the investigation of all inventory shortages and discrepancies; * Maintain product levels and ensure necessary stock is received; * Monitor and manage to the highest standards of cleanliness and guests’ satisfaction, while maintaining quality and presentation.
