Diamond Chemical Company, a national manufacturer of institutional and industrial soaps and detergents, located in Kingman, AZ seeks a highly motivated and dynamic *experienced Maintenance Manager.
*Candidate must be a strong, proactive, hands-on, team player with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Single and three phase electrical experience.
Plumbing, pumps and motor experience.
* Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
* Train and supervise employees of the maintenance department.
* Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
* Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
* Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
* PLC in programming language.
