We are looking to hire a Office Manager for 30 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
YOU DO NOT NEED OFFICE EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule Caregivers to work with our clients weekly
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Grow the office by acquiring clients from case managers or private pay
- Hiring Caregivers to work for our clients
- Driving to members homes to complete their assessment paperwork of signatures to become a member of our agency
-Maintain Scheduling program up to date
-Make sure Caregivers Certifications are up to date
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical office management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with human resources processes, including hiring and employee relations
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
