Our Assistant Managers are essential members of our Management Team.
In the absence of the General Manager, they are the leaders in the store.
They are responsible for Safety & Legal Compliance, Sales, Operational Excellence, Customer Service & Problem-Solving.
Delivers quality customer service while maintaining a safe workplace, efficient and productive workflow,
Manages staff in all store departments
Leads and directs the work of others
Accesses and utilizes the computer based time and attendance system on a daily basis in order to control labor costs and adjust scheduling as needed for customer service and traffic flows
Follows operational standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete/ on-time service
Follows policies in the areas of operations techniques, materials usage, shipping and receiving, capacity planning, scheduling, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations and performance measures
Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships
Performs other related duties as assigned
