Basic Job Functions:
The role of the Roll Shop Supervisor will be to grow and develop the roll shop team in alignment with the rolling mill department and division.
The roll shop supervisor will collaborate with the other department leaders to coordinate efforts of the department and division.
The roll shop supervisor will provide a product that meets the expectations of the customer, both internal and external.
The roll shop supervisor will manage the assets of the roll shop using an inventory plan that aligns with the division objectives.
This position is a critical leadership position that is part of the rolling mill department, and this leader will display a high level of ownership and accountability.
The successful candidate could be asked to fill other supervisor roles in the facility.
