*SUMMARY*: The BINGO Lead Attendant oversees BINGO Department during a certain shift.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Oversees BINGO Attendants in their daily job routine.
* Must be able to assist or perform all duties of a BINGO Attendant.
* Verify by their personal signature that all system payouts are accurate and complete.
* Responsible for balancing sales each session .
* Return unsold paper each session
* Responsible for maintaining individual banks for each selling window.
* Responsible for completing all shift reports.
* Assists in guiding, instructing and counseling BINGO Attendants.
* Responsible for insuring that all posted Bingo rules are followed
* Responsible for protecting company assets
* Responsible for upholding Thoughtful Service Standards
* Additional duties may be assigned at discretion of the BINGO Manager
* Must be available for scheduled work.
* Must exhibit the Family Style Service Model to all Guests and Team Members.
*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*
Oversees BINGO Attendants in their daily job routine.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year or more years related experience in a casino, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS*
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
*LANGUAGE SKILLS*
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
*MATHEMATICAL SKILLS*
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
*COMPUTER SKILLS*
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
