* \*\*Must be 21 + to work in this position \*\*Nevada Gaming Required *EXCELLENT TIP POTENTIAL!* ** ** *SUMMARY*: The BINGO Lead Attendant oversees BINGO Department during a certain shift.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Oversees BINGO Attendants in their daily job routine.
* Must be able to assist or perform all duties of a BINGO Attendant.
* Verify by their personal signature that all system payouts are accurate and complete.
* Responsible for balancing sales each session .
* Return unsold paper each session * Responsible for maintaining individual banks for each selling window.
* Responsible for completing all shift reports.
* Assists in guiding, instructing and counseling BINGO Attendants.
* Responsible for insuring that all posted Bingo rules are followed * Responsible for protecting company assets * Responsible for upholding Thoughtful Service Standards * Additional duties may be assigned at discretion of the BINGO Manager * Must be available for scheduled work.
* Must exhibit the Family Style Service Model to all Guests and Team Members.
*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES* Oversees BINGO Attendants in their daily job routine.
*QUALIFICATIONS* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE* High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year or more years related experience in a casino, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS* Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
*LANGUAGE SKILLS* Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
*MATHEMATICAL SKILLS* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
*COMPUTER SKILLS* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
