I LIVE IN KINGMAN.
I just moved and the new neighbor killed 3 of my cats.
Poisoned them .
They had been going in their yard because they like to play in the plants.
I would have stopped them some how, like watch them when they are out.

You can buy small firecrackers that scare them away, or anything.

And I watched them die a horrific and painful death.
