senior needing room soon.. (Ft. Mohave)

Quiet senior male needing budget room to rent preferably in the Ft.
Mohave or Mohave Valley area.
I'm retired, no pets, non-smoker, respectful, and I pay my bills on time, including the rent.
I'm currently in Bullhead but I need to think of relocating by the end of the month, as the primary renter of the house where I'm renting is also relocating soon because of his work.
I'm an ex working musician (guitar/bass player) but I know how to keep things quiet in the house.
I exist on Social Security so I need a rental in the $450/$500 month range.
