Looking for a room to rent (Bullhead City)

Hello! My name is Windy, I'm 48 years old, looking for a room to rent for myself, my 9yr old dog Georgia (corgi) and my 12 year old cat Sophie (Siamese).
Both are very calm and house trained.
I'm a good person, and I don't drink but do smoke occasionally.
Any smoking will be done outside the home and cleaned up appropriately.
I am very clean and organized.
I love to sew and do DIY crafts.
I'm very friendly and helpful when needed.
I am not a lazy person.
I have a stable job and work in Laughlin.
I'm not about drama, and I like to mind my own business.
I'm looking to spend about what I do now, which is $500.
a month including utilities.
I may be willing to pay a bit more for the right peaceful home.
Looking to stay at least a year.
I have 2 grown boys, 29 and 23, and my grandson is 5.
They live on their own.
I have a great sense of humor and am super down to earth.
I love kids and animals.
